Manage Unruly Participants

If you are ever moderating a Remesh Conversation and you notice that a participant is being inappropriate, we recommend taking the following steps:

  • Send a Speak to the group asking the Participants to be respectful
  • Remind the Participants that everyone (including the Moderator) is a human, not a bot, and that there is no place for inappropriate behavior
  • If the problem persists, send a Speak to the Participants stating that those who submit inappropriate responses will not receive their incentive (if applicable) and that other repercussions will occur if the inappropriate behavior persists
Note: Follow up with your Customer Success Manager after the Conversation to discuss next steps. We want to make sure everyone is able to express themselves on Remesh, we just want people to be respectful while doing it.
